"Invalid argument format, %1 is expected in command line" error occurs after starting profiling

Symptoms:

When starting silverlight profiling, you get the error message "Invalid argument format, %1 is expected in command line." dotMemory is unable to start profiling session.

Cause:

This issue may occurs with some Internet Explorer browser versions.

Solution:

Please update Internet Explorer to the latest version or use another browser.
