What can I do if I can't see "Using JetBrains Account" menu item in license information dialog (is actual for 4.0-4.1 versions)

If you have a dotMemory license added to your JetBrains Account, you can specify your account details via special drop-down menu in license information dialog and dotMemory will apply the license automatically:

Please select "Using JetBrains Account" item and enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields.

In some cases you can meet the situation when "Using JetBrains Account" menu item is missing:

The probable reason is your firewall policy (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Firewall\Advanced Settings).

Please check that firewall doesn't block dotMemory or contact your system administrator.
