How to temporarily disable dotCover in ReSharper?

Problem

Temporarily disable dotCover in ReSharper.

Resolution

  1. Open ReSharper | Options.

  2. Expand Environment and select Products & Features.

  3. Clear the dotCover checkbox.

To enable dotCover again, select the dotCover checkbox.

This required me to also restart Visual Studio 2017. It would be nice to quickly turn off and on DotCover for example, while inside Visual Studio. Dotcover is very nice product, but I only want to focus on gaining code coverage in specific time of development, not all the time. Task Manager reveals that dotCover workspacehost process hogs a bit memory, around 400 MB.
