Hi Cliff,dotTrace can only attach to .NET Framework 4.0 or higher. Maybe the processes that are not shown use older versions of framework?

You're welcome!BTW, you don't have to move to IIS, dotTrace is able to profile development server as well - just select "Profile" -> "WebDev Application".
