Hi Andriy, dotCover doesn't support such scenario, it needs to instrument assemblies during tests execution.

You need to use nested quotes for the TargetArguments. First quotes are needed for command line to parse correctly arguments for dotCover. And second quotes needed to parse arguments for xunit.cons...
