#103- Invalid available commands in controller window when starting taking measurements immediately

If I start profiling and check the "start taking measurements immediately" flag the controller window has "Start profiling" enabled. It shouldn't.

Desired behaviour in this case is: before the agent is initialized only "Kill application" should be available, when it gets initialized it should atart profiling immediately and thus "Start profiling" should be inactive and "Stop profiling" - active.
