#168- Cosmetics for displaying error when opening incompatible snapshot

1) There shouldn't be progress window on background
2) Error window itself should be centered relatively to parent window
3) Title should read: "Cannot open snapshot"
4) Text should read "Cannot open snapshot because it was saved with old version of .NET Profiler (]]>)"
5) There should be "error" icon
