#182- Control panel should not be a top level window

The small control panel (with start/stop profiling options) stays on top of every screen, which can be annoying. Could this be configurable?

I propose the following behaviour:
1) We add a special "pin/unpin" button to the window caption. When it's "pinned" the window is topmost, when not is is normal
2) When one activates the main profiler form the controller window becomes visible (brought on top)
