#647- Profile Button always disabled in VS2005

This may be a user error as I cannot find any documentation on how the VS2005 integration is supposed to work.

I have VS2005 (only) installed on my Windows XP SP2 machine. I have the previous (1.1) version of .dotTrace as well as the 2.0.211 version s installed. In the VS2005 Add-In list I see the .dotTrace integration and it is enabled.

However, under no circumstances I've been able to create a situation where the toolbar icon is enabled. I'd like to assist in the EAP but am stuck as to how to get started with the integration.
