#244- Inconsitent shortcuts and menu items

1. File | Profile Application and Profile ASP have the same shortcut - Ctrl-P. Apparently it works only for one of them.

2. Start screen shows Ctrl-A and Ctrl-W as shortcuts for these actions but they do not work.

3. Profile Application should be the first item, not the second one (consistent with the start screen).

4. Menu item is "Profile ASP..." while start screen says "Profile Web Application...". Again inconsistent.
