- Close all instances of dotTrace and Visual Studio.
- Find and empty the 'JetLogs' folder ('%Temp%\JetLogs').
- Launch dotTrace, prepare for profiling; in the 'Profile' section, press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F11.
- In the 'Expert options' dialog box, select the 'Enable logs' check box.
- Click 'Save', then click 'Run'.
- Perform all necessary actions that lead to a problem.
- Close dotTrace.
Logs are located in the 'JetLogs' folder.
