Does dotPeak work in virtualized ARM environment (Parallels VM)?

I have successfully used dotPeak in a Parallels x86 based VM. It fails to load in my Windows 11 Pro (21H2) ARM (Apple Silicon - Ventura - Parallels Desktop 18.1.1) environment: 

There were problems loading the Common Language Runtime through v4 interfaces. MsCorEE failed to provide an instance of the CLR Meta Host. Error 80131701h.

I could not find system requirements or similar questions in the KB and don't want to waste time troubleshooting if this platform is not supported. Thanks in advance.
