Snapshot duration size

I'm new to DotTrace and I need to capture a snapshot of larger duration that what the default engine is collecting.

How / where do I set this duration?

There is no default value for snapshot's duration; you can manually get a snapshot at the right moment by pressing the "Get Snapshot" button in profiling controller: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/profiler/Get_Started_with_Performance_Viewer.html#get_snapshots

Or do you mean something else?
