dotCover on manual/regression testing

Hello,

I was trying to find ways to run code coverage using dotcover for manual/regression but did not find any. Do we have any options to configure .exe/.dll or a list of them to perform code coverage for manual or regression tests ? I am aware of how things are done in Java by adding the agent in the JVM Arguments, but not sure how you can do it with dotcover. 

Please let me know if that is possible
