Remote profiling gives certificate error

As local profiling dit not work, we try to profile our app installed as a windows service on it's server. Remote agent is up and running on this machine.  When I select: Remote - Windows Service - MyService I get this certificate error:
Our service is nog signed. I have added the certificates of the agent to the remote and client machine via the default options of the certificate import dialog.

But no joy. 

I'm not quite having profiling experience here, I was hoping for...
