Icons and references

Hello I have a question about a couple of icons after a decompile of .net code. The icon with the folder I found. Its a module icon, but I don't get what exactly what type of module it is. I have a few different types in VS2017. The other icon looks like a method but not sure what the green key and x means. I have attached a image of both.
