PHPStorm won't start in windows 10 & errore trown

Hi, I am using PHPStorm but since 3 days a go, PHPStorm won't open without any errors trown. I tried to download and install several times, tried using administrator right and still won't start. Anyone experience the same? anyone got a way to solve the problem? Thank you
