I just downloaded build 101 and tried it. Appears to have the same problem (at least for me). I followed the same sequence as other users in the discussion forum topic (notably setting username="SYSTEM" in machine.config) and then trying again.

Is it possible to post the exact sequence of steps to get it to work? For example, do I have to reboot after editing machine.config or anything?
