ReSharper version support?

I just installed dotCover 1.0.11.9 in VS 2008 Pro and am not getting any of the features other than the dotCover menu (Cover Startup Project, Open Coverage Snapshot, About). I have ReSharper 4.5 installed. Does dotCover only work with ReSharper 5?

I have exactly the same problem. Can anyone confirm whether dotCover works with
ReSharper 4.5?

dotCover integrates with ReSharper 5.0 and next versions.
However you can work with snapshots and make coverage analysis of the current solution (not unittest-based) even without ReSharper.
