#546- The bugtracker doesn't remember ignore between runs

Every time I run dottrace, it detects the same bugs and I report them to intellij. This happens even if I set the checkbox 'Ignore'.

Remember the 'Ignore' between runs and only clear this log when I update the program

It should not remember ignore between runs. Regarding your problems on startup: could you try our EAP build #156 at www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/NetProf/Download and check if it's still repeateable on these builds?

#156 seems to solve the problem. It run without a single exception.
