Don't make dotCover override VS keybindings

Hi,

You fixed it in ReSharper 6, but the problem seems to still persist in dotCover. Is there a way you could avoid overriding the custom VS keybindings when installing dotCover?

Please try our latest nightly builds (416 or higher) from
http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/DCVR/dotCover+2.0+Nightly+Builds
The issue should be resolved.
