IIS Application Pools

Is there a way to profile specific application pools or specific Web Sites under IIS?

I need to profile on a server with multiple sites running and on one hand I don't want to interrupt the sites I'm not profiling, and on the other hand, I don't want usage on those sites to interfere with data collected from the one I do want to profile.  I don't see any options to select a website, thread pool or worker process if I select IIS application as my target.
