URL port is different then service port

Steps to reproduce:

1) New Session, Select "Local"
2) Profile Application: Select "IIS Express"
3) Application: entered path to the solution file
4) Entered the url that I wanted to test (port for webapp was specified in web app project settings)

The exact error message I get is "URL port is different then service port"  

Does anyone know how to resolve this error?
