dotTrace 10 / Win 10 => Can not attach to IIS / w3p.exe (error: "There is already a profiler active or attaching )

When I try to attach dotTrace 10.0.1 to an running IIS I get the following error (even after a reboot without Visual Studio running):

There is already a profiler active or attaching to the target process (COM error 8013136A)

I use Windows 10 Enterprise (1511)

Do you have any other profilers/mocking tools/performance agents on your machine?

Beside ReSharper I use VS 2015 Enterprise (without problems to attach to IIS) but no other profiler.

I also tried to disable my Kaspersky and also did an Repair-Installation of ReSharper / DotTrace (with Kaspersky turned off).

But the error still remains.

Attaching DotTrace to an local exe has no problems only the IIS throws the Exception.
