dotCover EAP as zip archive

Hello!

I'd like to install and run dotCover released under EAP program. Is it possible to distribute EAP as Zip archives too?

It appears straight MSI or EXE links get in the teeth of my client's paranoid firewall, and it may take a while for the wheels to turn to get the binaries on-site. I understand that this request is very self-serving, but would greatly appreciate if you could point me to a link that I can actually can get to.
