ASP.NET profiling on Vista 64-bit

I'm having problems profiling my web application using IIS 7, VS2005 SP1 (Vista updates applied).

When I click "Start Application" the Control Profiler window seems to have a problem connecting to IIS and simply displays the message "Connecting..." with the "Start Profiling" button disabled.

Is there an issue with using dotTrace with Vista/IIS 7 or is there something else I need to configure to get dotTrace to work with IIS?

I only have 5 days left on my evaluation and unless I can get this working quickly we wont be making a purchase.
