Show memory usage and lifetime of dynamically created WinForms controls

I would like to test whether controls I'm adding at runtime are being disposed after a child form closes. I'm not sure how to identify specific objects like dynamically added controls and would love to see a tutorial or video on how to do this. Is there such a thing or would JetBrains be able to come up with one?
