Is 3.1 still available for download?

Please use the following links for x64 and x86 versions respectively:
http://download.jetbrains.com/dottrace/dotTrace3.1-AMD64-Build357.exe
http://download.jetbrains.com/dottrace/dotTrace3.1-IA32-Build357.exe

Please note that dotTrace 3.1 doesn't support .Net framework 4.0, thus it will stay in 'Connecting' state if you try to profile CLR4.
