dotTrace Memory 3.5 does not start

hello,
I want use dotTrace Memory 3.5 (64-bit version) on Win7 64-bit, but it just shows the splash screen and doesn't go any further. dotTrace 3.1 starts without problems, as well as dotTrace Performance 4.0.
Anybody has any ideas?
