dotCover cover-iis is not covering the targeted app pool

We have multiple app pools including the DefaultAppPool. From the trace logs, it looks like dotCover is only profiling the DefaultAppPool and doesn't attempt to connect to the targeted app pool.

Additionally, the same dotCover cover-iis version works on a different machine. I've attached the trace logs from both environments. See upload ID: 2024_06_17_6gyi8dsW67FXxh4riPvYcs

Any ideas on why it doesn't attempt to connect to the targeted app pool?
