Dot Cover analysis and startup project running on IISExpress says starting forever

My application starts in Chrome when  I start coverage analysis on Startup project, however the coverage process window says "waiting for coverage analysis to start..."

I have no Idea why this is taking so long. Appreciate your help on  this.
