dotTrace doesnt start with asp.net Website project
dotTrace Profiler not working with asp.net web site project types. Working well with asp.net web application project.
Any reason why?

Please sorry for the delay with answer!
This behavior caused by some technical limitations for such project type. Nevertheless you can profile any managed code hosted on IIS by starting IIS profiling from standalone dotTrace Home or from Visual Studio (ReSharper/Profile/Run Application Performance Profiling... menu item).
